About the Role:
Join our esteemed team at Dr Manu Raj Memorial PMC Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Critical Care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU and high-dependency units.
- Conduct comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for complex cases.
- Oversee ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support therapies.
- Lead emergency response and resuscitation for critical patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and ICU staff.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Critical Care with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional patient care skills.
