About the Role:
Join Kohli Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Critical Care. Deliver expert patient management in crucial healthcare settings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist senior intensivists in managing critically ill patients in ICU and high-dependency units.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital parameters, and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage ventilators, hemodynamic support, and life-support systems.
- Coordinate and perform invasive procedures like central line insertion and intubation.
- Monitor multi-organ dysfunction and complex medical/surgical emergencies.
- Interpret lab tests and imaging for timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgery, medicine, and nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and ICU protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Critical Care.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, patient care skills, and problem-solving abilities.
