About the Role:

Join Ruby General Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacologist, where your expertise will contribute significantly to patient care and clinical research.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs in clinical settings.
• Support clinical trials, including protocol development, study monitoring, and data analysis.
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs), supporting pharmacovigilance activities.
• Provide therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and dosage optimization recommendations.
• Assess drug interactions, contraindications, and risk–benefit profiles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (CDSCO, ICH-GCP, ethics committees).
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and regulatory teams.
• Prepare clinical study reports, safety reports, and scientific documentation.
• Support drug policy development and formulary decisions.
• Stay updated with current research, guidelines, and new drug developments.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Minimum qualifications of Pharm D.
• Work experience ranging from 0 to 5 years.
• Skills in time management, data analysis, communications, and team management.
