About the Role:
Join Abrol Hospital as a Senior Consultant in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the diagnosis and surgical management of complex cardiothoracic and vascular conditions.
- Perform major cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries including CABG, valve surgeries, and vascular reconstructions.
- Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and manage surgical emergencies.
- Plan and execute pre-operative evaluations and surgical strategies.
- Oversee post-operative care, ICU management, and complication handling.
- Collaborate with cardiology, cardiac anesthesia, perfusion, and critical care teams.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in CTVS.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and safety.
