About the Role:
Join Abrol Hospital as a Sr. Consultant-Anaesthesia and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional anesthesia care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead perioperative anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, including evaluation of medical histories and anesthesia risk.
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia, ensuring patient safety during procedures.
- Monitor intraoperative vital signs, airway management, and hemodynamic stability.
- Manage post-operative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring.
- Handle anesthesia-related emergencies in the OR, ICU, and emergency department.
- Collaborate with surgeons, critical care teams, and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor associate consultants, residents, and anesthesia staff.
