About the Role:
Join Kohli Hospital as a Senior Consultant in Pathology and play a pivotal role in our healthcare team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee diagnostic pathology services including histopathology, cytology, and hematology.
- Accurately interpret and report complex laboratory investigations in a timely manner.
- Lead and supervise junior pathologists and laboratory staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and accreditation standards in the laboratory.
- Correlate clinical findings with laboratory results to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
- Advise clinicians on proper test selection and result interpretation.
- Implement safety and infection control protocols in the laboratory.
- Participate in clinical audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
