What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and manage patients requiring cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgical interventions.
• Perform complex surgical procedures including CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic surgery, and vascular reconstructions.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including critical care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and surgical staff.
• Develop evidence-based surgical protocols.
• Participate in surgical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Counsel patients and their families on surgical procedures and risks.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DNB CTVS qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in Attention to Detail, Patient Care, Team working, Communication, and Problem Solving.
