About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urinary tract disorders.
• Perform urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures.
• Provide pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up.
• Manage urological emergencies and coordinate with critical care teams when required.
• Supervise and mentor junior urologists, residents, and surgical staff.
• Develop and implement evidence-based urology treatment protocols and surgical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrology, radiology, and oncology.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A DNB in Urology.
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience.
