About the Role:

Join Kohli Hospital as a Consultant in Cardiac Anaesthesia, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in providing specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide specialized anesthesia care for cardiac surgeries like CABG, valve replacements, and congenital heart surgeries.
• Administer general and regional anesthesia, specializing in cardiopulmonary bypass and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• Manage intraoperative and post-operative cardiac complications in collaboration with surgical and critical care teams.
• Perform perioperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and interpret hemodynamic data.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthesiologists, residents, and OT staff.
• Participate in pre-operative assessment, optimization, and post-operative ICU management.
• Develop and implement evidence-based cardiac anesthesia protocols and patient care pathways.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• DNB in Anaesthesia.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar clinical role.
• Strong attention to detail, patient care skills, ability to work in a team, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving abilities.
