About the Role:

Join Kohli Hospital as a Consultant Plastic Surgery who will play a key role in enhancing patient care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and manage patients requiring reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures including reconstructive, aesthetic, and microsurgical operations.
• Provide pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up.
• Manage surgical emergencies related to trauma, burns, and complex reconstructions.
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and operative staff.
• Develop and implement evidence-based surgical protocols and patient care pathways.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedics, ENT, maxillofacial, and oncology.
• Counsel patients and families regarding surgical options, risks, expected outcomes, and recovery.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A qualification in DrNB Plastic Surgery.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills in Attention to Detail, Patient Care, Teamwork, Communication, and Problem Solving.
