About the Role:
Join Kohli Hospital as a Consultant ENT, where you'll be pivotal in providing high-quality ear, nose, and throat care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage complex ear, nose, and throat disorders.
- Perform advanced ENT surgeries, including endoscopic and reconstructive procedures.
- Provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency ENT care.
- Supervise and mentor junior ENT surgeons, residents, and clinical staff.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and surgical protocols.
- Manage head and neck cases in coordination with other specialties.
- Ensure adherence to surgical safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Master's degree in ENT (MS ENT).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
