About the Role:
Join Kohli Hospital as an Associate Consultant in Neurology and play a vital role in patient care within the neurology department.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with neurological disorders like stroke, epilepsy, and neurodegenerative diseases under the supervision of senior neurologists.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including EEG, EMG, and neuroimaging.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in coordination with consultants.
- Manage acute neurological emergencies under guidance from senior staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including neurosurgery and psychiatry.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents and intern staff when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment options.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Neurology.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
