About the Role:
Join Park Hospital, Gurugram, as a Urologist and contribute to exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with urological conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients.
- Perform and assist in urological procedures and surgeries as per experience level.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on clinical evaluation.
- Monitor patient progress and provide post-operative care.
- Assist senior consultants during complex urological surgeries and procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital infection control policies, patient safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding disease conditions, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB/MS/MCH qualifications.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, emergency management, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
