About the Role:
Join our esteemed medical team as a Medical Oncologist at Park Hospital in Gurugram, Haryana.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
- Plan and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments.
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD oncology patients.
- Monitor treatment responses and manage side effects while providing supportive care.
- Collaborate with surgical and radiation oncology for multidisciplinary cancer care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
- Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up care.
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MCH in Oncology or equivalent.
- Strong time management, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
