What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with solid and hematological malignancies. - Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology consultations. - Plan, prescribe, and monitor chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. - Evaluate diagnostic investigations including biopsies, imaging, and tumor markers. - Monitor treatment response, toxicity, and manage oncology-related complications. - Coordinate multidisciplinary cancer care with surgical and radiation oncology teams. - Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. - Maintain detailed oncology records and treatment documentation.
