About the Role: As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our hospital. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support during their stay.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted in the ward as per hospital protocols. - Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output charts, and patient condition regularly. - Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors. - Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and patient assessments. - Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and handover reports. - Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times. - Educate patients and attendants about treatment, medication, and post-discharge care. - Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe ward environment.
