About the Role: As an ICU Staff Nurse, you will provide continuous, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and neurological status closely. - Operate and manage ICU equipment including ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and syringe pumps. - Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and inotropes as prescribed. - Assist doctors during emergency procedures, intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, observations, and treatment. - Follow strict infection control practices, ICU protocols, and patient safety standards. - Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their attendants.
