About the Role: As a Gastroenterologist at PIMS, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with gastrointestinal diseases, contributing to their overall health and well-being.

What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system. - Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsies. - Prescribe and monitor appropriate medical therapies and interventions for GI disorders. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases, including hepatology, surgery, and oncology. - Monitor patient progress, interpret lab results, imaging studies, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care. - Maintain accurate medical records, procedural logs, and discharge summaries. - Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education.
