How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage patients requiring reconstructive, aesthetic, and microsurgical procedures. - Perform surgical procedures such as cosmetic surgery, burn reconstruction, hand surgery, and cleft/lip repair. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dermatology, ENT, orthopedics, and oncology for complex cases. - Conduct preoperative assessment, planning, and postoperative care of surgical patients. - Prescribe medications, dressings, and rehabilitation protocols as needed. - Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and post-operative care. - Maintain accurate surgical records, patient charts, and procedural logs. - Participate in clinical audits, continuous medical education, and research activities.
