About the Role: As a Critical Care Physician, you will provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in the ICU.

What You'll Be Doing: - Provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU or critical care unit. - Monitor and manage life-support systems, including ventilators, dialysis, and hemodynamic support. - Diagnose and treat complex, acute medical conditions and multi-organ dysfunction. - Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation. - Communicate with patients’ families regarding condition, prognosis, and treatment options. - Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records and ICU documentation. - Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.
