What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive patient care in Orthopedics under supervision. - Manage outpatient, inpatient, and emergency orthopedic cases efficiently. - Assist in performing orthopedic surgeries and postoperative patient management. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings regularly. - Teach and guide interns and undergraduate students during their clinical postings. - Maintain accurate patient records, case summaries, and departmental documentation. - Participate in departmental research projects and academic presentations. - Attend academic sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge. - Ensure adherence to institutional policies, patient safety, and ethical medical practices.
