About the Role: As a Junior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in patient care and support within our dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist senior residents and consultants in providing patient care in the Orthopedics department. - Participate in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services including trauma management. - Assist during orthopedic surgeries and pre/post-operative patient care. - Conduct daily ward rounds, record case notes, and maintain patient files. - Support in clinical procedures, dressing, splinting, and plaster application. - Help in teaching and guiding undergraduate students during clinical postings. - Participate in departmental seminars, academic discussions, and case presentations. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety norms.
