About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing various procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, and emergency procedures under supervision. - Monitor patients perioperatively, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care. - Assist in teaching and guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in anesthesia techniques. - Participate in ICU, pain management, and critical care services as required. - Conduct ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic meetings. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records, case notes, and departmental documentation. - Participate in departmental research projects, audits, and publications.
