About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pathology, you will play a crucial role in diagnostic evaluations and contribute to the academic environment of our department.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform diagnostic evaluations including hematology, histopathology, cytology, and clinical pathology under supervision. - Assist in grossing, slide preparation, and microscopic analysis of samples. - Report and document laboratory findings accurately and timely. - Supervise and guide Junior Residents and interns in laboratory procedures and reporting. - Participate in departmental academic activities such as seminars, case discussions, and journal clubs. - Assist in research projects, audits, and contribute to publications in Pathology. - Maintain departmental records, quality control, and laboratory documentation.
