Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Orthopaedics, you will play a crucial role in managing and caring for patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention.

How You'll Contribute: - Participate in the general management and care of all patients, including undertaking preliminary investigations and treatment under supervision. - See all new cases, especially seriously ill patients, immediately upon admission and initiate emergency treatment without delay. - Ensure all investigations and treatments prescribed are carried out, reviewing cases daily or more frequently. - Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries for each patient, authenticated by a consultant. - Carry out procedures under supervision and attend all department ward rounds. - Check on the pre-operative preparation of patients and perform on-call duties as per departmental rota. - Accurately fill up all service request forms and update case notes within 24 hours of patient discharge. - Inform the immediate supervisor of any problems, including new cases or deterioration in patient conditions.
