About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing medical cover and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide routine and emergency medical cover during hours of duty. - Perform procedures such as Central line, IV Channelization, and Intubation. - Operate instruments like Ventilator and monitor patients as required. - Identify complex health problems and report to the concerned doctor. - Supervise daily clinical management under the guidance of Consultants. - Assist Consultants during rounds and prepare discharge summaries. - Follow clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
