About the Role: As a Resident in Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in the pre-anesthetic evaluation and intra-operative management of patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conducting pre-anesthetic evaluations for elective and emergency surgeries. - Managing intra-operative anesthetic care for patients. - Overseeing post-operative recovery and monitoring patient hemodynamics. - Administering anesthesia for procedures outside the operating theatre, such as MRI and CT scans. - Implementing pain management strategies for acute and chronic pain. - Utilizing various regional anesthetic techniques, including nerve blocks and epidural blocks. - Engaging in academic activities, including case presentations and seminars. - Participating in departmental quality initiatives and data collection. - Adhering to safety norms and protocols for patient and staff safety.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - A degree in Medicine (MD) with a specialization in Anesthesiology. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
