About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients in critical care units.

What You'll Be Doing: - Effectively interface with patients, nursing staff, and all clinicians. - Demonstrate effective application of technical and professional knowledge. - Provide medical care as required by patients admitted in critical care units. - Be available for emergency calls. - Supervise all nursing, para-medical, and non-medical staff to maintain high standards. - Actively participate in CME, journal clubs, and conferences. - Coordinate on matters relating to infrastructure provision and maintenance support, selection of medical consumables, and equipment procurement. - Facilitate teaching and training programs for nurses, technicians, and ICU staff. - Ensure optimum utilization of resources by yourself and subordinates. - Maintain grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and practices.
