About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a dynamic hospital environment.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conducting pre-anesthetic assessments and preparing patients for surgery. - Administering clinical anesthesia services in the operating theatre under consultant supervision. - Providing post-anesthetic care, including monitoring and managing pain relief and respiratory therapy. - Assisting in endoscopic procedures and providing standby anesthesia. - Participating in acute resuscitation services as part of the CODE BLUE team. - Engaging in continuous quality improvement processes and peer reviews. - Maintaining a safe environment for anesthesia practice and managing patient records.
