Senior Resident - General Surgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj, New Delhi

About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical care to surgical patients and ensuring their timely attention and intervention.

What You'll Be Doing: - Provide quality clinical care to surgical patients. - Ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the IP surgical patient. - Ensure emergency preparedness and response treatment/procedure/investigations. - Conduct surgical IP rounds and attend to patients empathetically. - Practice evidence-based treatment regarding patient investigations and treatment plans. - Comply with patient protocols across various departments. - Document patient files, prescriptions, and requisitions accurately. - Ensure documentation at the time of discharge. - Workup all IP patients for surgery and ensure preparation and consent. - Ensure adequate care of all part-up cases. - Complete all OP & IP records on time with accuracy. - Ensure on-time availability of technical equipment for surgery and assist surgical consultants in O.T. procedures. - Maintain orientation of QMS and EMS systems of the hospital. - Be aware of the disaster management program of the hospital. - Comply with service quality processes and patient safety policies. - Ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal. - Follow ethical medical practices and maintain clear communication with consultants. - Monitor inventory checking protocols and report non-compliance. - Adhere to company policies and practices, being well-groomed and punctual.
