- A degree in Medicine (MS) with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in cataract surgery.
- Strong skills in SICS, Phaco, and other ophthalmic surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
