About the Role: As the Head of Neonatology & Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our youngest patients and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the Neonatology department and ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Collaborating with pediatricians and other specialists to develop treatment plans.
• Conducting consultations and providing expert advice on neonatal care.
• Mentoring and training junior staff and medical students.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A DM in Neonatology or equivalent.
• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
