About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at G Plus Heart Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing continuous medical care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide continuous medical care to admitted patients.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, treatment, and progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and take appropriate action in consultation with senior doctors.
- Assist consultants in clinical procedures and ward rounds.
- Ensure accurate medical records and timely reporting.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Comply with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and ethical practices.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience of 2-4 years in ICU/Ward.
